New Range of BRALO PT Pneumatic Riveters
Designed for industry, built to last.
BRALO launches its new line of pneumatic riveters, conceived to meet the demands of the most demanding industrial environments. This new generation combines structural robustness, high operational performance, and a design focused on durability and ease of maintenance.
From the very beginning of development, the objective was clear: optimize the mechanical design while reducing the number of components to a minimum, without compromising quality or strength. To achieve this, only high-grade materials and precision machining processes have been used, eliminating low-performance parts and unnecessary connections. The result is a tool with outstanding mechanical reliability, low maintenance, and stable long-term performance, minimizing the risk of air or oil leaks.
Optimized structural design
The PT range is the only one on the market with a body entirely made of forged aluminum, ensuring superior strength and significant weight reduction. This combination improves ergonomics without compromising structural integrity—an essential factor in intensive-use environments.
The riveting system has been sized with a wide safety margin, allowing the tool to operate consistently below its maximum capacity, even in demanding applications or with high-strength rivets. This not only extends the service life of the components but also allows operation at lower air pressures, thus reducing energy consumption.
Fast cycle, no spring wear
The piston recovery mechanism is based on the redistribution of compressed air, avoiding the use of springs that would eventually require replacement. This system reduces the number of wear-prone parts and provides greater operating speed, improving productivity in repetitive processes.
Designed for operators and in-plant maintenance
Its ergonomic design allows use by both right- and left-handed operators. In addition, the stem collector with adjustable air outlet prevents interference and improves user experience during long work shifts.
The PT range has been developed for real industrial environments: adverse conditions, continuous work, and minimal intervention needs. These are tools designed both for professionals who prioritize care and performance of their equipment and for environments where mechanical strength is the first requirement.
Compatible with rivets, collar studs, rivet nuts, and rivet studs, this range offers wide versatility of use thanks to its modular system of interchangeable nozzles that covers multiple applications in production lines.
