Our member, Greenovation Consulting, along with its business partner and coordinators from Turkey, Makbule Çetin, paid an official visit to Balkan TÜRKSIAD, of which it is also a member, as part of an informational seminar.
During the visit, they held a meeting with the president, Mr. İskender İskenderoğlu, in which they discussed Greenovation’s membership in our Chamber and possible collaborations between the two institutions. Mr. İskender expressed his willingness to cooperate in all areas.
In addition, as Balkan TÜRKSIAD, they mentioned that they are working on business plans with Spain and that, when these plans materialize, they will be delighted to visit our Chamber. At the same time, Mr. İskender pointed out that they are already in touch with our Board member, Beko.
It was discussed that sustainability-related topics such as CBAM and Digital Product Passports (DPP) are areas of mutual interest for both parties. The parties emphasized their openness to future collaboration, particularly in the areas of regulatory briefings and the organization of trade missions and expressed willingness to explore concrete planning opportunities in these fields.
