The Turkish–Spanish Chamber of Commerce is proud to share the exciting news that Ms. Müberra Eresin, a valued member of our Chamber, has been officially appointed as the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Norway in Istanbul.

Ms. Eresin currently serves as the Vice President of Eresin Hotels and the President of the Hotel Association of Türkiye (TÜROB). This prestigious appointment by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Ankara recognizes her outstanding contributions to the hospitality industry and her strong dedication to fostering international cooperation.

The new Honorary Consulate of Norway in Istanbul will be based at Eresin Hotels Topkapı, reflecting the deepening ties between the Eresin Group and the diplomatic community. Ms. Eresin brings decades of leadership in tourism, public relations, and business diplomacy to this new role, making her an ideal figure to represent Norway in Istanbul.

Her appointment is expected to further strengthen the cultural and economic relations between Norway and Türkiye while also offering support to Norwegian citizens and businesses operating in the region.
