  • Privatization of Yatağan thermal power plant

    The Republic of Turkey Privatization Administration (PA) has launched the privatization process for the 630 MW Yatağan Thermal Power Plant (“Yatağan TPP”), located in Mugla (The south-west of the country)

    The privatization of movable used by Yatağan TPP owned by Yeniköy Yatağan Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. and movable used by Güney Ege Linyitleri İşletmesi (“GELİ”) through “asset sale” method,

    The privatization of immovable used by Yatağan TPP and immovable on which GELİ is located and used by GELİ, through “asset sale” and “transfer of usufruct rights” methods,

    Related mining licenses and mining sites covered by these licenses through “transfer of operating rights” method.

    The prequalification and bidding deadline set for 30 April 2014 at 17.00 pm.

    The privatization of immovable used by Kemerköy TPP and Yeniköy TPP and the immovable on which YLİ is located and used by YLİ, through “asset sale” and “transfer of usufruct rights” methods.
