La Agencia de Apoyo y Promoción de Inversiones de Turquía ha anunciado una licitación del Ministerio de Transporte, Asuntos Marítimos y Comunicación para la preparación de un “master plan” nacional de logística en Turquía. La fecha límite para la presentación de las propuestas es el 29 de Enero y la licitación tendrá lugar en Mayo.

The Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications is receiving applicatons for pre-qualification for National Logistics Master Plan of Turkey.

The Master Plan is expected to cover the followings:
– A detailed analysis of the current situation of Turkey regarding all aspects of logistics infrastructure, including socioeconomic conditions, legal infrastructure, etc. This analysis will also require field works.
– A software that will store data about logistics, allowing future master plans to be updated easily.
– A comparative study between Turkey and countries that can be regarded as best practices in this area.
– A detailed analysis that will present Turkey’s needs for transportation and logistics infrastructure and superstructure.

After the pre-qualification documents are evaluated, the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications will invite the shortlisted applicants to the tender for National Logistics Master Plan of Turkey, which is extected to be made in May or June.

To apply for the pre-qualification, the applicants must purchase the “pre-qualification document” (TRY 500.00) at the premises of the General Directorate for Railway Regulations, or online at EKAP (Electronic Public Procurement Platform) website through e-signature.
